Pioneers
Episode 70. Wednesday May 16, 2012.
Long before Spock and Captain Kirk, they were the ones who left behind the safety of institutions and infrastructure and boldly ventured out onto the frontiers of a "new world." This week we're talking about pioneers--not those in covered wagons either--but we're talking about how things would change if you were the only one of your kind as a mission-living Christ follower in your community. So put on your thinking-cap and let's dive in to Living the Six!

Yelling
Episode 69. Wednesday May 9, 2012.
While it definitely makes an impression, it's not always the most effective way of finding common ground. We're talking of course about YELLING (caps intentional). Yet, in today's polarized world of cable news crossfire, yelling has become the tool of choice whenever the issues get personal or convictions run strong. But not this week; listen up and then talk back in the comments below. Just don't yell at us :)

Friends
Episode 68. Wednesday May 2, 2012.
This week we tap into what Rachel, Phoebe, Monica, Ross, Joey & Chandler all knew... to get anywhere in life you need people around you to support you. If that's true of anything in life, it's especially true of Living the Six. And get this, JEFF is back for this week's episode. You gotta listen now!
We'll be there for you...

The Fortress of Solitude
Episode 67. Wednesday April 25, 2012.
Living the Six can be exhausting--in a good way, of course! This week Dion and Ryan continue the discussion that was begun last week on practices that enable you to keep "serving God by serving others" even when you're feeling tired. Episode 66 was all about nutrition, this episode is all about silence and solitude. Not liking how this is sounding? Remember, it worked for Superman!

Nutrition
Episode 66. Wednesday April 18, 2012.
Have you heard the Food Pyramid has gone the way of the Dodo? Now the USDA has introduced My Plate as the new guideline for balanced nutrition. Point is, we all have a sense of what nutrients our bodies need for daily life, but we might not have the same clarity on what nutrients we need to Live the Six. So, this week we'll focus in on ONE key nutrient that every "Sixtathlete" needs. Listen up!

Difference Makers
Episode 65. Wednesday April 11, 2012.
What difference does your life make?
Does that question scare you? Make you feel guilty? Annoy you? In this episode we'll examine this question in a different kind of way to help you realize that you're probably making more of a difference than you think.
Happiness
Episode 64. Wednesday April 4, 2012.
"Happiness is..." you fill in the blank. Isn't that what we're all trying to do in life? Fill in the blank of that all important sentence? This week is a week that is typically anything but happy (FYI-it's Holy Week), but we'll talk a little bit more about how to fill in the blank on happiness. Don't miss this!

Multiplication
Episode 63. Wednesday March 21, 2012.
In math, you can get by for a while by counting on your fingers. For a time numbers are manageable and easily understood. When you move into multiplication though, things quickly scale out of control and your fingers can no longer do the trick. This week we'll talk about what multiplication could mean for the movement of God and how every Christ-follower can be a part of it!
Walk Across the Room
Episode 62. Wednesday March 14, 2012
We've all been in those less-than-comfortable gatherings, a friend's party where you don't know any of the other guests, a parent night at your kid's school, even your first time at a new church. Have you ever thought about how that universal feeling of awkwardness can provide a fantastic opportunity to Live the Six? Well, today is "Pi Day" (seriously?!?!) and in honor of the occasion, we're serving up a great episode (get it? serving? pie!) on the power of walking across the room.

Work (rebroadcast)
originally broadcast November, 2011.
while we take a one week break, we thought we'd bring you this oldie-but-goodie. Work is huge for people in the western world but this rebroadcast will help reframe your perspective about meaningful work.
